Let's face the sad truth here.
There were internet web page standards built by an international group of very smart, but very non competitive folks who thought it would be all together better to have a STANDARD language to build internet pages with.
Then, along comes Microshaft, who publishes a web page building tool (Frontpage), and alters a significant part of that language standard, so that the pages built by that program work BEST (and sometimes ONLY) with it's own web browser software.
So ......... like ........ what ELSE is new?!??!??!?!??!?  |
