Seriously confused about laws in different states.

California, Connecticut, Florida, and the other states must have hugely varying laws about advanced directives!

Connecticut has a state-provided advanced directive form that the patient (or patient-to-be) can fill out and ANY Notary Public can notarize the signature(s).

Does your state's law require an ombudsman? If so, good for you knowing!

We must all, know our own state's laws, especially the ones about Unauthorized Practice of Law.
