IDK, Unemployment is high, but still many more working than not and still buying houses down here like crazy and especially the ones under 200K which makes for a very affordable mortgage with rates as they are. We are the country"haves" and the "have nots" at this moment in time.
My mortgage process so far has been very smooth being self-employed, no hiccups. (knock on wood)
The people working are making money and even more with some bonuses and the ones laid off are in the food bank line. It's sad there really is no middle ground right now.

 I'm seeing rates like 2.5% on a 15 year term. I saw rates -  MW/VA on 7/10/20 3:04pm
 I'm seeing 2.2% to 2.5% in my area. n/m - CST on 7/10/20 3:39pm
