| Called last night for last minute signing. My husband accepted. When I got home, I told him they are slow pay. It took three months to get paid on both jobs I did for them last year. Shorted me $25 on the first check and it took seven months to get cleared up. He called and cancelled. The lender called, the title company called, the borrower called and 24/7 called about 4 more times. I told the lender and title company that if they hired me directly that I would do the job but I would not do it for 24/7. They agreed. |
