It's much better now, most TC's have tools that allow them to search property, names (as in that infamous 10 yr statement of identity) and SOS information (from notaries to corporation/partnership status) that makes the job much easier; we're finally getting there.
My company is installing a new system in August - before this program launches. I wish I were more techno savvy - what a great niche market for someone who wrote programs and understood the needs of the industry. |
