........."Upon the request of the borrower to inspect...."<<<< this is what I have a problem with, the borrower most often doesn't even know they have the right to inspect the HUD-1. If they did, the settlement estimate would be ready in time.

How can you "waive your right to have the form made available" if you don't know you have that right in the first place?

IMO Whenever LO take the time to go over the HUD1 with the bwr before we get to the appointment, there are usually no problems, no hostilities.
