| You wouldn't tape the voided check to the disbursement instructions? Usually there is a picture of a voided check on the page. I tape the check over that picture. I'd never tape or staple a loose acknowledgement to the document it goes with, however I paper clip them together and my acks have space to write in the name of the document to which they are attached. |
