self-employed, not employees, and they really can't tell you how to dress. They can "suggest" business casual, of course, but can't require it.
Even the churches are allowing casual attire now.
BTW, I am all for being appropriately dressed. Again, it's a common sense issue, if such a thing still exists. ;-)
