Re: dates and split signing -- is this going to be a problem?

Yeah, I was thinking this would be an issue for someone and need to be resigned. Signing service and ?title? didn't seem too upset, but I did my due diligence and voiced my concerns about date discrepancies. I'll follow up with an email to the signing service so I have something in writing.

I'm curious to see what was written in notary #1's journal, if one is kept (Illinois doesn't require one). As it turned out, borrower #2 had issues with numbers on the HUD related to expenses that he was told wouldn't be there, and all this may be a moot point. Borrower #2 is going to get back with me to complete yet today-----maybe.
