I always use blue for signatures and depending on how each county's corporation counsel interprats the public act.

But you MAY sign in blue, but if you use a stamp or choose to print the notary information, it must be black.

Or they will not accept document printed in blue toner, if such a products exsists.

However, since I was the big bad recorder, if it was executed out of state, we HAD to accept it. Just depends on which battles one wants to make Wink
