Thank You for sharing this with everyone. Sometimes people that receive criticism take it to heart, as if they were being personally attacked when that is not the case at all.
Except for a very few, most of the "criticism" on this board should be construed as "constructive criticism" instead of "destructive criticism".
I agree that we do need to have "thick skin" in this business, but I also believe that any criticism rec'd is a valuable learning tool and we should use it as such. |
