| Never! Unless the signer is insane, drunk, or totally out of control I get there problems resolved, or try my best. I think its part of the job. Sounds like this guy just needed clarifications, or legitimate revisions. What’s wrong with that? This is a big deal for most people….I treat it as such….In the past 10 years of signings I’ve only had a handful go south. Some because the borrower was a lunatic, and a couple because the LO was a complete liar. Sounds like your guy just needed positive reassurance. It also helps if the people sitting across from you believe that you are a professional, and know your job. JMO |
