ANY Institution that would come on an open forum, and trash anyone.... has no business sense. If they operate in that fashion, I personally want nothing to do with them.

Please put me on your never call list. I find your actions unprofessional in your dealings with Brian Lynch aka CaliNotary. I find it hard to believe that a company that apparently has so many clients, and so many loans to close, can find time to log onto a notary website (possibly more than one?), research a posters name using their company paid for membership, and then posting a forum alias's real name (possibly and hopefully in violation of this boards code of conduct).
By doing this action, I must assume that you are not only hurting for business, and not quite familiar with the proper and legal way to issue a "cease and desist". Its unfortunate that you are attempting to be the bully on the block, and more than likely you just cost yourself more notaries, even the new ones. I hope you can still service your clients. And i'm sure your clients would like to know how you service your contractors (NSA's).
By your own admission, you don't like to pay notaries for work completed, until paid by the client/lender. A successfully operated company would know their bottom line, and have a strong enough business plan to operate in between receiving those checks.
Thank you for never contacting me. Perhaps when your company grows enough, and gets some experience, I will allow my double certified, 6 years in the industry, over 2500 loans closed, double bachelor degree, self, to consider taking one of your assignments. If you can afford me....or when you decide you need to pay more for quality.
