| I had a SS call me the other day stating that the Title company they were working for said that I didn't send all the information to them!! 7 pages to be exact. I usually do overnites for this company, but this was last minute, and e-docs. I could see if I missed one, but 7, come on. I think they lost the paperwork, and blamed it on me!! This SS wanted my feedback, and the only thing I could say is, that I double and triple check my work. I hope I don't lose their business, but what else from a notaries stand point can we do? Any suggestions?? |
