| Renaissance settlements out of PA hired me to do a closing and Fed Ex lost the pkg. Renaissance paid me anyway! The pkg showed up after the docs were resigned. I received my check within a week and I didn't even have to have the docs re-signed. I had another closing so they had the owner of the companys friend close it the second time. Under the circumstances (my first signing with this company) I would have expected them not to pay me because they had to waive their fee even though it wasn't their fault either. Good people! P.S. they pay well too! |
