I always keep a list of the titles of the docs that are sent or e-mailed to me. That way I can always know what was in the package in case a problem like yours comes up. I made up a s sheet on Works and just write every title down. It's a little time consuming but at least I know exactly what I received and what I sent back. is there would every e a problem, I'd gladly fax a copy of the sheet to the Title company or SS. As for checks, I always attach them to a larger, bright colored piece of paper so they're hard for anyone to miss. |
