We have had 4 homes sell within 1/4 mile of me within the past 30 days, and the value listed on Zillow on 3 of them were 15% low and one 21% low compared to what the homes actually sold for. The homes sold quickly also, so I think they might have even sold them for more. Interesting site, though.
