| Well, I don't have a Brother printer but an HP. I had to go into Control Panel/Printers and Faxes. Then I had to right click on the appropriate printer and select Properties. Then under the tab for Device Settings I had to define the trays. Now this may be useless information since your printer is not an HP. But it may be worth look. Good luck. |
