it's just a rating system. If a poster gets to many red boxes they'll be kicked off the board. I believe Harry's intent was to maintain professionalism. Some posters seem to be nervous that they'd get kicked off. I guess the same thing happens to a cockroach when it comes under light >>>> it scatters away!
