| This ad is not for a scheduler...it is for someone to conduct closings by phone, going over the documents with the bwrs...then directing them to have the DOT Notarized at their expense and following up to be certain the bwr overnited the docs back. This could be the quickest way to eliminate the signing agent altogether. |
