Receiving docs? Guess what....the lender is messing me up too. You're just at the bottom of the food chain in the stressful dilemma of "OMG, GET THE DOCS SIGNED, NOW!" Courtesy of the lender, thank-you-very-much.

I won't address the Settlement Statement. It's sometimes a computer carry-over and it's sometimes what LO says. I agree with you that it is embarrassing.
I despise it that any of us has to sell the loan.
All your other concerns are as a result of our lender using a signing service. Bad lender, a mistake, IMO.
