Has it ever been an issue with the hiring entity that you wait till docs arrive before confirming with the borrower? Most companies I've done work for want you to call the borrower immediately. I had always waited till I received the confirmation but am considering your way after we relocate and I start getting busy. I just wouldn't want that to be a deal breaker for the ss, has it broken any of your deals before? If so how often is it an obstacle?
