1 lb ground beef onion chopped salt & pepper cooked rice cut half head of cabbage into pieces 2 cans tomato soup, 1 can water.
In your casserole dish layer the botton with the chopped cabbage, form meat with onions, rice and spices into meatballs, salt, pepper, tuck into cabbage and pour the tomato soup over all. Cover dish with tin and bake on 350 for about 1.5 or so, take off to brown for another half hour. Grab a big French roll, butter and mmmmmm.....I'm going to Heaven in 2 hours |
