| It is nice to be in the same area for 15 years and know the streets and the new developments. Many street names are used twice with different directions. I like this area, however huge, has been good to me. I always confirm the neighborhood landmarks with the borrower before starting the gas guzzling platform. Saves money and time. The new stuff is going up so fast, my head spins and I still get lost from time to time, but 10 miles out of your way.....well that's better than 50 in the boondocks! Ex: Got a call for a Stuart signing with a Stuart zip code, called the borrower, they needed me to go to West Palm. Big difference. They were so desperate to finalize, they met me in Stuart just to be done with it. Nice time. SS very apologetic, very good about it. No problem. We are human. |
