| Couldn't get through to your link. But my opinion is that I would go with what ever their government issued id stated, i.e. male or female. If it's a cross dresser then they are definitely in their birth sex, if it's a person in transition, their gender will not become official until after their surgery. Either way, it's not my position to pass judgement so I would go with what I am legally obligated to do. So until then, it is what it is. |
