Laurie, I don't worry about if I get a call and I've already got an appointment. If I am booked, well I'm booked and yes I have thought about how it would have been nice to take that signing there will always be calls for other signings. I only work when the kids are in school, evenings, or weekends. I don't even go the babysitter route. To much hassle and stress. For e-docs they have a drop dead time for docs or they become the last appointment of the day unless borrower can't meet then.
If you get one of those t/c calls that you are unable to do just count how long that dr. appointment took and recover that missed time later and focus it on marketing. |
