I've been working for one Title Company for over two years. Usually have to fax the HUD and Owners Affidavit back, no big deal.
Now they have revamped their vendor package, and the new instructions say the following need to be faxed back, and at no additional cost: HUD, OA, 1st page of Mtg, signed page of Mtg, Notary page of Mtg if different, TIL, Entire Note, Bwr Agreemnt form, Bwr ID Cert, Sig Aff, RTC, any deeds like QCD and copy of any funds from bwr. So instead of 2 pages, it's more like 16 pages!
Why not just fax every single page back and forget about sending the package back at all? |
