It seems more and more companies are requiring this fax-back procedure now. Some have even stated that if the documents are not back in the correct order, that our fee would actually be REDUCED!!
Sometimes I say yes to a closing for a company I haven't worked for and later find out about the fax-back procedure. Quite frankly I don't have the time or the patience for it...
BUT, I do like that Post-It idea, putting the stickies on.
As for those who ask for a higher fee, have you had any success with booking the appointment??
I get turned down sometimes when a SA offers $50 for a signing and I say I'd only do that certain area for $65. Everyone elses prices everywhere have gone UP, so why shouldn't ours?? |
