| As I'm going through the package pulling out the docs that have to be faxed back, when I come to one (usually the mortgage) that they only want the first, signature and ack page, I turn that doc sideways. Sometimes they want 1st and sig page of note, so I do same thing. Then when it goes through the fax I pull out the mortgage pages or note pages and put them back with their brothers, but the rest just gets put in front or back of package. If you knew how many times a package is torn apart at the title office, it is all for naught to try to keep them in orginal order. |
