| the loan docs? You can use the RTC in thier set of documents. Many lender's require that they receive back 2 signed copies of the RTC. Best bet is to pull out the BO copy of loan docs and show BO that you are leaving the RTC form's with them in thier set. I have the BO sign thier copy of the RTC just so it's clear that they know they have the RTC right and they are acknowledging that they have received thier copies. Some might tell you different but I believe it's better to be safe than sorry. |
