"If the wording says "Sworn to and subscribed ...", then you've got a jurat, which, by definition, requires an oath. Don't over-think things. There's no need for "a jurat stamp"; the wording is already present."

There is a need for a jurat stamp if it's jurat wording that doesn't comply with California law.
