me a 1st and 2nd overnight but no borrower's copies. When I asked that a copy be sent to me or the borrower they said, and I quote "We send a copy of the docs when they are returned to us along with the closing package.. We do not keep copies."

How can you ask someone to sign all that paper and leave them with nothing. Not even the RTC. Who has come upon this issue?
