While I would definitely and cheerfully take the loan appl. jobs at a reasonable fee, it gripes me for the bwrs that the LO's are not going to them and meeting with them.
They really need someone trained by the lender and maybe they all are and I just do not know it.
But, it's stressful to these people to get these loans at first...they need someone who knows the Rev Mort ropes in the beginning.
I'll tell ya...if you guys ever know someone in Texas who needs a RM...no matter where in Texas, almost...I work for the sweetest woman who really does understand these aging borrowers and her job. If it's in Orange, Texas...Lubbock...El Paso...Corpus Christi...Galveston...wherever...if you need a very straight up LO or a referral of someone...do call this woman. I am not promoting myself...she'd need someone to close out of that area, but I have a real concern that the folks get all their questions answered.
My friend works for Wells Fargo in Bryan, Texas - Call Barbara Pratt. I cannot tell you how good and kind she is with her borrowers. I have studied this rev mort thing up and down and around and learned a ton from her. If you need her number...call me...I'll send it to you or get her to call you.
Maybe I am missing something...but like I said, the rev mort borrowers really need their questions answered to feel good about it.
