Wells Fargo Reverse Mortgages are the best ones!
I do a lot of them and charge the same as for a regular signing, as the packages are about the same as for a regular re-fi.
However I got called once by a company who wanted to know if I was familiar with RM's. I said I was as I did at least 3 a week, so they gave me the signing.
It was a nightmare. Package was HUGE! The package going back actually weighed over 3 pounds! Borrower had a friend there who was a LO or Mortgage broker, can't remember which and neither one of them had any idea on half of the paperwork. The signing took 3 hrs! Now I turn down all RM's except for Wells Fargo.
