Thanks, PAW for the additional details.

My issue isn't that I've received this unsolicited request. It happens all the time. The thing about it that I DO have an issue with is the email address it was sent to. I've literally only given this address as a backup to 3 companies. It is unpublished and not my notary business email address. My concern is how they got this email address to send the request to...especialy since it wasn't sent to my published email address, the one I do use for my notary business.
