Thanks everyone for the great comments. I know I'm not the only one now! I went out and bought a monochrome dual tray laser printer to be done with any more jamming problems. I never want to experience that level of jamming again.
I am ready and willing to do whatever it takes to be a good signing agent that can be depended on to get the job done right.
Promise I will try not to ask any questions unless I can't find it doing a search first. As for getting my business started, it's looking pretty good already. I had a couple of calls today but since they were for today, I declined. I need to get a rhythm and attain a bit more knowledge before taking that on again.
