Docs were by Wells fargoand Fidelity. I thought it went well, didn't see the docs unitl I arrived, but as soon as I saw they were Fidelity I relaxed. The docs looked a little different and there some new ones, it went so fast I don't remember what was new aside from the termite inspection certificate.
The LO/realtor was there too, and he just let me do my thing. I know him and had informed him that this was my first purchase, it was funny because he was telling me " Well, I've seen how others notarize in case you need help." I told him I could handle the notarizations just fine my concern was as an SA, that I may not know certain docs. He did explain one form I was unfamiliar with.
