I did a signing for them in 2004..

I did get the impression that Jim and Mike did not have a clue about the loan signing biz, but I worked directly with title, (fidelity), I was also paid promptly and fairly. I made over $750 with this ss with only 3 loans.

It is a shame that they fell off so fast. I believe that Mike Patel owns a bar or something like that and that the SS was not his main avenue of revenue. He relied heavily on Jim Nance for all transactions, such as re-sign fees and for the checks to be sent.

Let me do some snooping to see who is the principals behind this biz. (for litigation sake)
