'Cause I can see it right now!

I never spoke with Jim... I only ever spoke with Mike Patel and he was referred to me by a fellow notary that I respect who had worked for him with no problems. I did approximately 3-4 jobs for them/month for almost a year and never had a problem before they fell off the face of the earth! I did find that they were 'hands off' and any problem was immediately referred to Title... but hey... THEY WEREN'T HANDHOLDERS!
