Yes, it's strange because the spouse's name is listed on most of the other docs under the signature line, but not listed on about 10 of the docs. So it appears as though they are a coborrower, but for some reason (which I can't figure out) they are not on the 1003. Doesn't make sense to me. If they are a coborrower and lender is not using their income they should still be on the 1003. Job info should say unemployed or housewife, N/A or be blank. One doc even has the borrower name and sign. line and no other lines for additional signatures.
