If they are not on the 1003 or the note, they ARE NOT a coborrower. They may be listed on a lot of other documents (Mortgage, riders, TIL, RTC, Itemization, Compliance agreement, Ownders AFF, etc) either because they are a vested owner or you live in a dower/marital property state.
Just because they are on a lot of docs does not mean they are a co-borrower.
