| The only thing you can do is maintain your composure and give them the facts as tactfully as possible. I have the same problem every now and then since our last pickup time is also 4PM with no Saturday pickup available. Usually, when I accept the signing (on the phone) with the company, I inform them that docs will not be delivered until Monday for Thursday signings and delivery on Tuesday for Friday signings. Of course, they also have the option of an additional fee to drop docs at a location that has Saturday pickup, but there's nothing you can do about pickup times. |
