I was very tactful and kept my composure. This particular assignment was ordered by a SS, with whom I'd already advised of our pick-up times, but apparently they did not advise title.
Fortunately, there was no screaming match, and I hung up with a clear conscience, no regrets, and no bridges burned. I also notified the SS by copying and sending the emails to cover my derriere. I appreciate your input, and I guess I handled it appropriately. |
