Signing Registry listing (those that have passed the SR test get preference), and I use the NotaryRotary listing, then if I haven't found someone on those lists (I usually do though), then I check out Jeremy Belmont's site . I rarely have to resort to the NNA listings.
I am a Florida only signing agency. I occasionally get a request for an out of state signer (property in Florida), in those cases I will locate a signing agent and put the title company and the signer in contact with each other. |
