| Since you have posted without any link it's hard to tell what area you are in but it may be because you're new & the Co. is going by the "recommended" beginning fee suggested on NNA website?? When I get a call I always ask what they are authorized to pay. A few times they don't like my fee & they go elsewhere, but it's one less pkg I'm not printing out at a price less than I'm comfortable with. I know what it costs me for my time, equip & expenses, so I'm not concerned that they will find someone else to do it for next to nothing. It's not my equip, time & gas being given away. You say you've done 100 signings for your family in the mtg business. Did you ever see a notary fee in the loan doc's for the price of $50.00 or $85.00?
