| We had some docs signed for us a couple of weeks ago and when the SA called to confirm the appt. he was unbelievably rude and condensending to me on the phone. I then hung up with him and called LO. "Do not send this guy to my house" I will not tolerate rudeness in my own home. I provide professional service and I believe any one who will be coming to my home should do the same. It just furthers my point "you never know who is on the other end of the phone or behind a door. Treat everyone with respect and courtesy. |
