It's just to debunk the mystery of the escrow officer. They work like crazy, much like a hamster on a wheel, so it's no wonder the goof-ups that happen, which require most NSA's to post "can you believe the TC said this...." Believe me, if you think you as a signer is under pressure...I just know the other side and those frenzied, worried ladies who manage to pull it all off, somehow. And the more successful they are, the more hurried, and THE MORE THEY APPRECIATE excellent signers.
Believe me, EO's rely tremendously on their signers. If you can get in, and pass the test, you're in like Flynn.
