I guess I was just doubting myself, because this is my first offer from a Title Co and the ammt they agreed to pay was reasonable, but what I wanted for it. I've turned down low ball offers from Signing companies without skitting a heart beat...

Thanks again.. I need to stick to my fees and stick to my guns. I'm in this business to make a profit and not a loss... Thanks again for your opinion and advice.

BTW I didn't go through NNA or through Notaryclasses.com :=D
