I like the Google maps and use them frequently.
Have you ever clicked on the "Hybrid" button at the top right side of your screen display once you are in Google Maps? When I click on my own address it can zoom right down to the street level, but when I click on Hybrid, which gives a real "picture" of the area, my house doesn't even exist. I have lived in this home for over three years, and my complex is completely developed, yet the Hybrid picture shows only a handful of homes built on my street. So the Hybrid pictures must be over three or four years old. Not challenging the original poster, I just found it interesting.
I tried doing the same for some of my friends' homes, and it's cool to see the Hybrid image. |
