I go to a small gym and do cardio for 30 mins and work out with a trainer for the next 30 minutes 3 times a week. I'm addicted and feel guilty if for some reason I have to skip a session. I'm in better shape than I've ever been or was 20 years ago. After the age of 40 everything starts going south and after 50, ugh, it's much worse if you don't exercise. I'm actually more toned now than I think I've ever been in my whole life. I also try to walk my dog 2 or 3 times a week. |
